Shipping Destination
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and prepared, it will be dispatched to our courier partner for delivery.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–13 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days, but in some cases delivery may take up to 13 business days, depending on stock availability, courier operations, and location within South Africa.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise during promotional offers.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the courier system.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are managed by the shipping provider.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
