Returns & Refund Policy (South Africa)

Thank you for shopping with Titan Pack. We are committed to providing quality products and fair service in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

 

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Your Rights Under South African Law

In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to receive goods that are:

• Of good quality

• In good working condition

• Free of defects

• As described on our website

If a product does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 

 

 

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Not functioning as intended

• Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused (unless the defect prevents use)

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof

• Your order number must be included

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A repair (if applicable)

• A replacement (preferred resolution)

• A refund (if replacement is not possible)

3. Change of Mind

 

 

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size, colour, or variant selected

• Products that have been used

• Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality


However, if you wish to return an unused item for personal reasons, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approval of such returns is at our discretion, and return shipping costs will apply.

4. 6-Month Implied Warranty (CPA Protection)

 

 

 

Under the CPA, customers have a 6-month implied warranty for defective goods.

 

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase (and not due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear), you may be entitled to:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Refund

The product may be inspected before a final decision is made.

5. Lost Parcels

 

 

 

If your parcel appears lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier.

 

Resolutions (refund or replacement) will be issued only after confirmation from the courier that the parcel is officially declared lost.

 

 

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is confirmed defective

• The wrong item was sent

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Refund Processing

 

 

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
